Coordinate soldering machine
The coordinate soldering machine is intended for creating the voltage bus junctions of the individual photocells in an array. Spot and linear laser markers enable precise deployment of soldered components across the glass pane. The soldering gun is lowered to and raised from the work area with a pneumatic actuator, while the control system can adjust the soldering cycle time and temperature. The mechanical clamping of PV cell strips ensures correct alignment during the soldering process.
